Welcome to Ausbury's return policy! We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all the information regarding the return and refund process.


Returns

  • You have the right to return your order within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • During this period, contact our customer service at support@ausbury.co.ukย to arrange a return.
  • Please note that for a full refund, the order must be returned to our warehouse in China. The cost of returning products to China is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
  • If the item is defective, we will refund the return shipping costs.


Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 7 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be transferred back to the original payment method.
  • You will be notified by email once the refund is processed. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.


Return Conditions

  • Returns must be made in the original packaging with all accessories included.
  • The product must be unused and returned in the same condition as received.
  • Ensure your return is well-packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is excessively damaged beyond necessary testing, we may apply a depreciation to the refund.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Responsibility

Return Method

  • For defective items, we will refund you the return shipping costs.
  • For other reasons for returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.


Customs and Import Duties

  • These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.


Address Changes

  • We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it if the order has already been processed.


Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping costs.
